My special place with Boohoo

Hello lovelies!

I was asked by Boohoo to write about a place that's special to me, and only one place came to mind - the West Hill area of Hastings. It has so many interesting details I love, plus there's a glorious view of Hastings' East Hill and over Old Town which always soothes me.

I'm wearing:

Amber Rose print maxi dress*, Boohoo
Betsy crochet trim longline kimono*, Boohoo
Hair flowers, old Peacocks/New Look
Purple rings, old Primark, Pandora
Shoes, past season Everything 5 Pounds
Designer style handbag, Ebay
Bag charm, Crafty JuJu Designs

I've always been a fan of walks so I can process my thoughts, preferably to go to a lofty viewpoint where I can sit and watch the world go by in miniature below me. When I was young I used to visit a cemetery in my home town which had a great view of the town, and now I live near Hastings the West Hill area is my new happy place.

I'm wearing both the dress and the kimono in a size 24. The dress particularly is very roomy, and would probably fit a size 30, perhaps 32 as it's a lovely stretch, soft touch fabric which is shirred under the bust. The crossover bust is just right, showing off just a hint of cleavage. The kimono is a non-stretch lace which is a beautiful length.

I really enjoyed the mix of taking outfit photos and scenery photos to share with you. Is this something that you'd like to see in the future? Or should I just stick to the clothes?

Thanks for reading,
Leah
